If you subscribe BEFORE the 15th at 11:59pm EST then your box will ship in the same month.
If you subscribe AFTER the 15th at 11:59pm EST then your box will ship the following month.
All single-purchase boxes will ship with current ship cycle.
We begin shipping no later than the 7th of the month, and ship all the way up to the last day of the month in order to give our customers every opportunity possible to complete the wishlist and preferences, since these tools are key in enjoying your Bibbidi box to the fullest!
** During the holiday season, we unfortunately will not be able to accommodate early shipment.
If you are purchasing your box for a special event or need it by a specific deadline outside of our shipping window, please contact us via email. We are always happy to arrange special accommodations in these scenarios.

We ship with FedEx. As a courtesy to our enlisted military subscribers and their families we ship to APO addresses via USPS.
Should you have special requests regarding shipping, please contact us via email, and we will be happy to work with you. Please note, depending on the request additional fees may be incurred.
Absolutely! You will be prompted to create a free Bibbidi Bobbidi Boxes account at the 'Checkout' page. Once you have an active subscription, you can log in to your Bibbidi Bobbidi Boxes account and modify the details of your subscription there. You can change the gender/age preference. Or completely change which box you subscribe to. Everything is easily managed in your customer account. You can always contact us via email if you need help.
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer children's boxes. While we may seasonally offer child boxes as single-purchase options, we do not offer children subscription boxes.
This depends on the size box you purchased. You can always expect to get the same value in items as you pay for the box. For example, a "Fantasy" box ($59/month) will include 3-5 or more items whose value add up to $59 or more.
We offer a unique blend of both Licensed and small shop merchandise in our boxes, as well as merchandise that can only be purchased at Parks and Resorts. We only include items we ourselves would love.
We ask that all subscribers update their preference manager no later than the 10th of each month. If you are a new subscriber, and subscribe between the 10th and cutoff day, please make an effort to have all preferences updated in preference manager by the 15th.
If you subscribed to a monthly subscription box, you can expect to receive 1 box every month. If you purchased a single-purchase or gift box, you will only receive 1 single box containing specific items based on the type you purchased. All boxes(subscription, gift, and single-purchase) will be shipped out between the 15th and 28th of every month.
If you select "This is a gift" at checkout, your box will not renew and will only include 1 box in the current subscription period. Then you can always log into your account and purchase renewing subscription once you love your first box! :-)
All subscribers are treated equally regardless of social media standing. Generally, we do not even know if someone is a "YouTuber" until AFTER we have been tagged in the video.
We spend the same amount of love and care and give each box the same level of personal attention no matter who the recipient is. :-) We want to spread the magic, and want each subscriber's experience to be equally as magical!
The key is in the preferences! The more characters you give us to work with, the better chances are we can find items you will love.
Utilize the Preference Manager Portal! And try to provide alternate choices, especially if your only characters are very difficult to find, or very obscure (i.e. Ed the hyena from Lion King).
Also, don't be shy! Tell us a little about yourself, are you a "girly-girl", do you only gravitate towards specific colors, etc? The better picture we can paint about you, the better chances are that we can fill your box with items you will love! :-)

You will first be charged when you sign up, this will cover your very first box of magic! If you subscribe BEFORE the 15th at 11:59pm EST, your first box will be shipped within that same month, and your first renewal will occur on the 1st of the very next month.
If you subscribe AFTER the 15th at 11:59pm EST, then your first box will ship within the following month's shipping cycle and you won't be charged until the 1st of the month after your first box has shipped!
We hate to see you go! But if you need to modify or cancel your subscription simply do so by logging into your Bibbidi Bobbidi Boxes account via the My BBB Links menu item and launching the "Subscription Manager" portal. Returns and exchanges
Due to the customization of our boxes, we typically do not offer exchanges or returns. However we will consider returns and/or exchanges on a case by case basis.
